I was visiting NYC and was heavily fatigue and decide to get some massage to help with my legs and back pain. Find this place and was very satisfied with the service and everyone were friendly and price was very reasonable and place very clean. I felt alot better after the massage and would recommend it .
They change the prices and overcharge. The lady is rude and disrespectful. I will never come back again
I came by the other night after calling and speaking with Vivian. I asked if she would do $60 for a one-hour massage instead of $80, and she agreed. After that, I received a text from the same number saying $60 for 30 minutes or $80 for an hour, which already made me feel like they might try to change the deal. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened. Despite agreeing on one hour for $60, the massage was cut down significantly. I have timestamps of when I entered and when the massage ended, and I was in the room for roughly 33 minutes total. On top of that, the quality of the massage itself wasn’t particularly good — definitely not at the level you’d expect from a professional session. If you make a deal, you should honor it — especially when the customer is paying upfront and acting in good faith. Until this is resolved and the business honors the original agreement, I won’t be returning and won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
